✓ Prices are in USD; if we ever mislabel a price, we'll contact you before charging differently — or refund you in full.

1. Who can use the store

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you're authorized to use the chosen payment method.

2. HEALTH & SAFETY — PLEASE ACTUALLY READ THIS ONE

NIGHTDOZE Sleep Strips are a comfort and personal care product designed to keep your lips gently closed during sleep. They are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Do not use them if you have nasal congestion, a blocked nose, or difficulty breathing through your nose; after consuming alcohol or sedatives; or if you have a respiratory or sleep-related medical condition without talking to your doctor first. Never use on children. Stop use and consult a professional if you experience discomfort or skin irritation. Statements on this site about nasal physiology reference published research about general human biology, not claims about our product's medical effects.

3. Products, pricing & orders

All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a pricing or description error slips through, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full, or contact you with the correct information before proceeding — we will never silently charge you a different amount. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in shade or packaging may occur between production batches. We may limit quantities per order or household to keep promotions fair.

4. Discounts & promotions

One discount code per order. Promotional guarantees or offers apply only during their stated window and can't be applied retroactively — but if you ordered within 24 hours before a promotion started, email us and we'll usually apply it anyway.

5. Shipping, refunds & your guarantees

Our Shipping Policy (including the 30-day delivery promise) and Refund Policy (including the 30-Night Sleep Guarantee) are part of these terms. Where these terms and those policies overlap, the version more favorable to you applies.

6. Your content

If you send us a review, photo or testimonial, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in our store and marketing, credited by first name and initial. Ask us to remove it at any time and we will, within 14 days.

7. Our content

Everything on this site — the NIGHTDOZE name, wordmark, copy, images and design — belongs to us or our licensors. Please don't copy, resell or scrape it without written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or attempt to interfere with the store's operation. We may refuse service or cancel orders involved in fraud or abuse, with a refund for anything not delivered.

9. Third-party links

Links to third-party sites (including research databases like PubMed) are provided for reference. We're not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights or the guarantees we voluntarily give you in our policies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the jurisdiction in which NIGHTDOZE is registered. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support@nightdoze.com.

12. Changes & severability

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
